Announced the record date for ex-dividend

1. The AGM decided:

(1) Cash dividends NT$2,557,749,576 (NT$8.0 per share) of common stock.

(2) Issue new shares for capital increase through capitalization of retained earnings NT$159,859,340 (50 dividend shares for every 1,000 shares).

2. This announcement only covers the ex-dividend schedule; the ex-rights schedule will be announced separately after the shareholders' meeting.

(2) The last trading day for transferring ownership of common stock: 3^th June
